Digital Products Only
Template Crate provides digital Canva templates. No physical items are shipped. Mockup images shown on product pages are for presentation purposes only.
License Types
All purchases are covered under our license system. By purchasing a template, you are granted one of the following licenses:
Personal Use License
For personal projects only. No commercial resale, redistribution, or client work.
Commercial License
Required if you use templates to create end products for sale (digital or physical).
Extended License
Required for Print-on-Demand (POD), resale of exact designs, or large-scale commercial use. Extended Licenses are issued individually by contacting Template Crate support and include a signed PDF agreement with a registered license number.
Exclusive License
Grants you sole rights to a specific template. Once purchased, the template will be permanently removed from our marketplace and will not be resold. Exclusive Licenses are issued on request by contacting Template Crate support and include a signed agreement in your name.

Canva Platform Disclaimer
Our templates are designed for Canva. Please note:
- Some elements may require Canva Pro (fonts, graphics, or media). If you are using Canva Free, you may need to replace these elements or upgrade to Canva Pro.
- We are not responsible for Canva's platform features, limitations, or subscription requirements.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Resell, share, or distribute our digital files "as-is."
- Upload or sell exact designs on POD sites like Redbubble, Zazzle, Teepublic, Merch by Amazon, etc., without an Extended License.
- Claim ownership of our templates.
- Use our files in a way that violates any laws, trademarks, or copyrights.
Intellectual Property
All products, templates, graphics, and content on Template Crate are protected by copyright. Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it ā not ownership of the design.
Refunds & Exchanges
Because our products are digital and instantly delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Liability Disclaimer
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of phrases, designs, or text does not violate any third-party rights or trademarks.

Account & Subscription Users
If you purchase a subscription (monthly or yearly), your use of templates is covered under the same license rules as individual product purchases. You must keep your account details secure and may not share login access.
Updates & Changes
We may update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of Template Crate means you accept any changes.
