The Extended Commercial License expands the rights of the Standard License to allow large-scale commercial use.

  • Create and sell unlimited physical end products (e.g., merchandise, books, packaging, apparel, planners, printed stationery)
  • Sell designs as Print on Demand (POD) products on platforms such as Amazon Merch, Redbubble, Zazzle, Etsy, and more
  • Use designs for unlimited commercial projects, for yourself or your business
  • Sell products worldwide and in perpetuity (license never expires)
❌ Restrictions

Even with the ECL, you may not:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the editable Canva file
  • Create and sell editable templates based on Template Crate designs
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the original template design
  • Register the design as a trademark or copyright
